Terms of service

Terms governing access to and use of rtp.fun.

Effective date: September 10, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rtp.fun (the “Service”), a software interface for discovering, launching, and trading digital assets. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Some capabilities described in the documentation may be unavailable or incomplete in a given build. Limitations is authoritative for current availability.

1. The Service

rtp.fun provides software tools that let users (a) view aggregated market and social signals, (b) when enabled, construct and submit blockchain transactions, and (c) when enabled, configure automated trading actions that still require a local signature. The Service is software. It is not an exchange, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or money transmitter.

Launch capabilities, when presented, are offered through a launch station at /app/launch as a multiple-choice path: a chain, then a launch option. See Launch options.

2. Wallets and signing

When you use a wallet you control, transactions are signed on your device. For those paths, the Service does not receive your private keys or recovery phrases, and cannot move, freeze, or recover those assets for you. You are responsible for the security of wallets and keys you control.

These Terms do not describe every signing architecture the Service may offer. The availability of a given path is described in Limitations and on screen.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Signals, scores, and market data are informational outputs of automated systems and do not constitute recommendations. Digital assets are highly volatile and may become worthless. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

4. Fees

The full, current fee schedule for every RTP product — trading, swapping, and each launch option — is published at Fees, and is authoritative over any number stated elsewhere. A fee applies only when the corresponding flow is enabled; a disabled flow is not charged. Third-party launch options and networks charge their own fees, separate from and in addition to RTP’s. Every fee is disclosed in the confirmation screen before you sign.

Settlement addresses are on Contracts and addresses.

5. Third-party protocols

The Service may interface with third-party protocols and partner platforms. RTP does not control and is not responsible for third-party protocols, their smart contracts, hosting, metadata specs, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Token images and metadata follow each launch option’s own hosting and specs.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions and market-manipulation laws; to interfere with the Service’s infrastructure; or to misrepresent the origin of tokens you launch. RTP may restrict access to the Service for violations.

7. Access tiers

Parts of the Service may be gated by ownership of a designated token, verified cryptographically — proof of wallet control plus purchase and holding records. Access criteria, tiers, and thresholds are published at Access tiers and may be adjusted with prior notice. No such token has been issued and no gate is in force until a threshold is published there. Verification proves possession; it does not create any custody, account, or claim against RTP.

8. Experimental software

The Service interacts with immutable smart contracts and adversarial public markets. Software defects, network conditions, transaction ordering, and third-party failures can cause transactions to fail or execute at unfavorable terms. Automated features execute exactly the rules you configure; you are responsible for those rules.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RTP DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, FAILED TRANSACTIONS, OR INACCURATE DATA. RTP’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE THIRTY DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes

RTP may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published at this address with the latest effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Contact

For questions regarding these Terms, contact RTP through the channels listed at Contact. Security issues should follow Security disclosure instead.
