Terms of Service

Effective date: September 10, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rtp.fun (the “Service”), a non-custodial software interface for discovering, launching, and trading digital assets. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Some capabilities described in the documentation may be unavailable in a given build. Limitations is authoritative for current availability.

rtp.fun provides software tools that allow users to (a) view aggregated market and social signals, (b) when enabled, construct and submit blockchain transactions, and (c) when enabled, configure automated trading actions that still require a local signature. The Service is software. It is not an exchange, broker-dealer, investment adviser, custodian, or money transmitter.

All transactions are signed by your own wallet, on your own device. Private keys are never transmitted to, stored by, or accessible to us. We have no ability to move, freeze, or recover your assets. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallets and keys.

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Signals, scores, and market data are informational outputs of automated systems and do not constitute recommendations. Digital assets are highly volatile and may become worthless. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Certain transactions constructed through the Service include a platform fee, currently 1% on supported Solana transaction types, transferred on-chain to a treasury address published at Contracts and Addresses as an instruction within the same transaction you sign. Until that address is published, no platform fee is collected. The current fee schedule is at Fees. Third-party venues and networks charge their own fees, which are separate from and in addition to ours. Fees are disclosed in the transaction preview before you sign.

The Service interfaces with third-party protocols and venues (including pump.fun, flap.sh, Bags, four.meme, Raydium LaunchLab, Meteora, and others). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party protocols, their smart contracts, or their availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions and market-manipulation laws; to interfere with the Service’s infrastructure; or to misrepresent the origin of tokens you launch. We may restrict access to the Service for violations.

Parts of the Service may be gated by ownership of a designated token, verified cryptographically (proof of wallet control plus purchase and holding records). Access criteria, tiers, and thresholds are published at Access Tiers and may be adjusted with prior notice. No such token has been issued and no gate is in force until a threshold is published there. Verification proves possession; it does not create any custody, account, or claim against us.

The Service interacts with immutable smart contracts and adversarial public markets. Software defects, network conditions, MEV, and third-party failures can cause transactions to fail or execute at unfavorable terms. Automated features execute exactly the rules you configure; you are responsible for those rules.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Section titled “9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability”

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, FAILED TRANSACTIONS, OR INACCURATE DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THIRTY DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published at this address with the latest effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

For questions regarding these Terms, contact us through the channels listed at Contact. Security issues should follow Security Disclosure instead. Official channels on that page are currently unpublished.
