Wallet

Create, import or restore your trading wallet, understand unlinking, and protect the keys that control your funds.

The Wallet is your execution wallet on Rtp.Fun. It is self-custodial: its keys are created and kept in your browser. Password-based wallets encrypt the local copy with your trading password; sign-in-wallet recovery uses a separately protected encrypted backup. Supported actions are signed on your device after your approval or within the presets and automation limits you authorize.

Your sign-in wallet is never asked to sign a trade. If it ever shows a prompt that would move funds, reject it.

Choose how to protect your wallet

Setup method	Protection and recovery
Trading password	Your password protects the local wallet. Keep its recovery phrase, original imported key, or an encrypted backup file and the password for that file. Signing in alone cannot recover this local copy.
Sign-in wallet, when offered	The linked external wallet signs a message used to protect an encrypted recovery backup. Retain access to that same wallet account and verify that backup saving completes. A visible option alone does not prove a backup has been saved.
Import an existing wallet	Restore the original phrase, supported private key or encrypted backup. Keep the original recovery material; a single imported private key covers only its chain family.

A newly generated wallet uses a 24-word phrase and derives a Solana address and an EVM address. The EVM address works across the supported EVM networks, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base and Robinhood Chain. This does not mean every imported wallet contains both chain families, or that every setup method displays a phrase during creation.

Set up

Use Create wallet, Import existing wallet or Restore on this device according to the account’s current state. These are different actions; creating another wallet does not recover funds held at your original addresses.

Sign in and open wallet setup from Settings or your account controls. If this account already has a linked wallet, choose Restore on this device to recover its original addresses.
For a new wallet, choose Create wallet, then the offered protection method. For password setup, create a trading password in the secure wallet window. For sign-in-wallet setup, connect the linked wallet account and approve the requested message; this does not send funds.
Follow the method’s backup steps. If a recovery phrase is displayed, record it securely, then verify three randomly selected words from your saved copy before creation finishes. For sign-in-wallet setup, check that encrypted backup saving succeeds. An error or interrupted flow does not confirm a completed backup.
Check the resulting addresses. Before relying on the wallet from a second device, follow the recovery verification steps below.

Import an existing wallet

For an account with no linked trading wallet, Import existing wallet opens these four methods. Secret entry happens only in the secure wallet window at https://wallet.rtp.fun.

Method	Accepted input
Recovery phrase	12 or 24 English BIP39 words with a valid checksum. The selected account index determines the derived addresses.
Solana private key	Base58 that decodes to a valid 64-byte Solana secret key, or a JSON array of exactly 64 integer bytes, each from 0 to 255.
EVM private key	64 hexadecimal digits, with or without `0x`, representing a valid secp256k1 private key. This imports EVM addresses only; it does not create a Solana key.
Backup file	An original RTP encrypted backup, up to 128 KiB, with its original password and the matching RTP account. This is not a general Ethereum keystore importer.

The current backup-file importer accepts the original revision-1 backup and refuses a wallet record already present in this browser. Keep the original file and password; do not clear wallet site data to bypass a refusal.

If the account already has linked addresses, use Restore on this device. Restoration checks the recovered addresses against the originals before saving keys. A different address, an unavailable original-address check, or a private key for a chain family that has no matching original address is refused. Importing a different wallet does not replace an existing account association.

Setup reminders

After confirming that a signed-in account has no linked trading wallet, the App can offer setup once per page visit. Closing the reminder does not create a wallet or request a signature. Loading or failed wallet reads do not count as proof that a wallet is missing. If you already have a Wallet elsewhere, restore its original addresses instead of creating a replacement.

Staying unlocked

A successfully unlocked password wallet can remain unlocked across reloads on the same browser and sign-in session. The local unlock record expires no later than 12 hours after it was created, and signing out, locking the wallet or losing authorization can end access earlier. Browser storage restrictions may require another unlock. This is not a backup and does not unlock another device. Use Lock wallet in Settings on a shared computer.

Deposit

Open the Wallet, choose the network, and copy the address or scan its QR code. Send from a wallet or exchange that supports that network. Funds appear after confirmation and the relevant balance read updates. A delayed read is not proof that a confirmed deposit is missing.

Withdraw

Send to any address you control, on the same network. Review the address and amount before you confirm — a transfer to a wrong address cannot be reversed by anyone.

Export and back up

Open Export wallet from Wallet settings. A password-protected wallet asks for its trading password in the secure wallet window. A sign-in-wallet export uses the corresponding linked wallet verification when that option is available. Follow the method shown; your account login is not a substitute for the required verification.

Exports contain recovery material that controls your funds. Keep it offline. An encrypted backup file also requires the password used to create it. Never paste a phrase or private key into the main app, chat, a profile field or a support conversation. Enter recovery material only in the secure restore window at https://wallet.rtp.fun.

Recover on another device

Signing in to the same account does not copy the trading wallet keys to your phone. Your account can display the original wallet addresses while this browser is still unable to sign. Restoring puts the original keys on this device; creating a new wallet does not recover funds in the original wallet.

Choose your recovery method

What you still have	What you need to do
An unlocked or unlockable wallet on your previous device	Export a recovery phrase, private key or encrypted backup there first. Do not clear that browser’s data until recovery is verified.
The original recovery phrase	Choose Recovery phrase under Restore on this device. Restore the addresses derived from that phrase.
A Solana or EVM private key	Choose the matching private-key option. It restores only that chain family’s address, not keys for the other family.
An encrypted backup file	Choose Backup file, select the file and enter the trading password used when that file was made. The file alone is not enough.
A previously saved sign-in-wallet encrypted backup	Use the sign-in-wallet recovery option with the same linked wallet account that protected the backup. Approve its recovery message when requested.
Account access, but no remaining keys, usable backup or recovery method	Account access cannot recreate the lost keys. RTP cannot recover the funds.

A visible sign-in-wallet recovery button means the method is offered; it is not proof that your account has a saved backup. A password-protected local wallet does not automatically become a sign-in-wallet backup. Google, X or email access alone does not supply the external wallet signature needed for that recovery method.

Restore on a phone

Open https://rtp.fun, sign in to the original account, then open Settings, choose Wallet, and select Restore on this device.
Check the original wallet addresses shown in the restore screen. Choose the recovery method you actually have.
Continue in the secure wallet window opened by RTP. Before entering a phrase, private key or trading password, verify that its address is https://wallet.rtp.fun. Never put recovery secrets in a support message, profile field or chat.
For sign-in-wallet recovery, connect the same wallet account originally used to protect the backup. Ordinary Safari or Chrome cannot directly sign through this recovery route when no compatible wallet interface is available. Use the supported wallet’s built-in browser to open https://rtp.fun/app/portfolio, sign in again and restart recovery. The handoff must not transfer a recovery ticket or secret; recovery starts afresh in that browser. A wallet being installed on the phone does not guarantee an ordinary browser can connect to it.
Complete the restore and verify that the restored address matches the original address for each chain family you intend to use. A different address means you have not restored that original wallet; stop before depositing or trading.
Unlock the restored wallet when prompted. Account login, wallet restoration and wallet unlocking are separate steps. Signing is available only after the wallet is ready in that browser.

Continue trading in the browser where you restored the wallet. A wallet app’s built-in browser has separate storage from Safari or Chrome. Restoring there does not restore the keys in your original browser. To trade in the original browser, restore there separately using a supported recovery method, such as your phrase, private key or encrypted backup. Wallet app behavior varies; the available route does not guarantee every phone/browser combination can complete its connection prompts.

Never approve a transfer as part of a recovery message. Connecting a wallet or approving a recovery message must not move funds. If a connection is rejected or expires, return to the restore screen and retry; do not create a replacement wallet to make the error disappear.

If recovery does not work

Problem	Next step
The wallet window did not open	Allow the popup or use the provided wallet-window link while it is valid.
No encrypted sign-in backup is found	Return to the old device and create a supported backup, or use an existing phrase, key or backup file. The button alone does not prove a backup exists.
The connected wallet account is different	Switch to the account originally used to protect the backup, then retry.
The backup password is rejected	Use the password belonging to that particular backup file. An account-login password is not a substitute.
Only Solana or only EVM is restored	A single private key restores one chain family. Restore the missing family’s original key if you have it.
The browser’s data was cleared	Treat this as a new device and restore again. Do not clear the remaining working device first.
All copies and recovery methods are lost	RTP has no recovery override. Do not pay anyone claiming they can reconstruct the missing keys.

Verify your backup before you need it

Keep an offline recovery phrase or the appropriate private keys, or an encrypted backup and its password, in secure storage. Use a second trusted browser or device to verify recovery while the original device is still available. Compare the addresses rather than assuming that a successful login proves recovery worked. Keep the working original until you have confirmed that the restored wallet can unlock.

Unlink a wallet from RTP

Open Settings → Wallet & Security → Unlink wallet from RTP. This uses the same review and confirmation as the Portfolio removal action. Availability depends on the account’s current linked-wallet and activity state.

Review the listed addresses and any blockers, acknowledge that you still need the original keys or a usable backup to access the funds, then confirm Remove association. Unfinished or unconfirmed transactions and active automation can block unlinking. Resolve the indicated activity and refresh the review; an uncertain response is not confirmation that the wallet was unlinked.

Confirmed unlinking removes the wallet’s association with your RTP account and ends its RTP execution authorization. It does not move or delete on-chain assets, erase transaction history, delete browser keys or remove recovery backups. Those assets remain at the original addresses. Keep the keys and backups needed to access them.

Create or link a wallet after unlinking

Unlinking does not automatically create a replacement or transfer funds. Open setup explicitly and use password-based creation or a supported import. After an association has been removed, sign-in-wallet creation is unavailable while the account has no linked address.

If password-based creation finds readable wallet records for this account on the device, the secure window offers Link this wallet or Create new wallet. Linking uses that wallet’s trading password. Creating another wallet leaves the old wallet and its funds in place. Unreadable wallet storage stops creation; keep its data and use a supported recovery method instead of clearing it to get past the check.

Remove a wallet from this browser

Deleting a local wallet copy is a separate operation from unlinking the account. The secure-wallet layer supports local-copy deletion, but the main RTP account interface currently has no complete entry for this operation. Unlink wallet from RTP does not delete that local copy.

Local-copy deletion would remove only the selected wallet record in that browser. It would not move funds, erase blockchain history or revoke a phrase, private key, backup or another device holding the same keys. Verify a working recovery method and compare the original addresses on a second trusted device before removing any local copy. Do not remove the last usable copy, and do not clear site data as a workaround for setup or recovery errors.
