Transaction status

What each status on Rtp.Fun means, why "still confirming" is not a failure, and how to fix the common reasons a transaction does not go through.

Every trade, swap, launch, claim and tool action on Rtp.Fun shows a status from the moment you confirm it until the chain settles it.

Status What it means What to do
Preparing Rtp.Fun is building the transaction for your review Wait a moment
Confirm in wallet The review is ready for your approval Check the amounts and confirm
Submitted Signed and sent to the network Nothing; it updates on its own
Confirmed Settled on chain Done — open the transaction to see it on the explorer
Failed The chain refused it, and says why Fix the reason below and try again
Checking “We couldn’t confirm whether this was sent” — the network has not given a final answer yet Do not send it again — see below

Sometimes a network is slow to answer. Rtp.Fun never treats a missing answer as a failure, because the transaction may still land — and sending it again could buy twice. It keeps checking on its own and updates the status once the chain settles it; Check again asks right away. If you want to look yourself, open the transaction link and check it on the explorer before you place anything new.

You see Why Fix
Not enough SOL for the network fee and account rent Solana charges a small fee, and new token accounts need a refundable deposit Add a little SOL, then try again
Price moved beyond your slippage The market moved between quote and execution Try again, or raise slippage in order settings
Your wallet did not confirm in time The review expired before it was approved; nothing was sent Start again and confirm within a minute
Sign in again Your session ended Sign in, unlock your Wallet, and retry
This belongs to a different wallet The action needs the Wallet that owns the coin or position Switch to that Wallet

Note the transaction link and reach us through the official channels. We will never ask for your recovery phrase, your private key or your password.
